Order Processing/Shipping

Orders are generally shipped one day after your order is processed. You will receive an email notice with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with merchandise you purchased from The Ship’s Store, you can return your item(s) as follows:

Items purchased can be returned within 30 days of order delivery date.

You must have the original receipt or your paid order summary invoice to complete your return.

Items must be unused and unwashed.

Custom order products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Online Returns

Please enclose your receipt or paid order summary invoice in the return package and include the reason for the return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once merchandise is received and inspected, you will receive a refund by way of the original form of payment. A refund credit card receipt will be emailed to you.

Exchanges

You may exchange merchandise purchased from the Ship’s Store as follows:

Items purchased can be exchanged within 30 days of order delivery date.

You must have the original receipt or your paid order summary invoice to complete your exchange.

Items must be unused and unwashed.

Custom order products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please enclose your receipt or paid order summary invoice in the exchange package and include the exchange request (of equal or lesser price).

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once merchandise is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your exchange and notice to when the new merchandise will be shipped.
